Each individual tenant’s door, whether it be roll-up (garage-type) or swinging door, has a sensor. As you enter the facility, you key in your unit number and pass code. This disarms your self-storage units door sensor, and only your unit! So if someone were to enter the facility with their code and break into another unit, the alarm will go off and the police will be called. Since we mention this to all prospective tenants, those who had intended to rent solely to gain access to other units will be discouraged from continuing their plan.

How Does it Work?

Here’s what happens:

• You approach the gate
• You key in your unit number and pass code
• Your unit is disarmed
• You enter your unit
• When you are done, you close your unit’s door
• As you leave, you re-arm your unit

What if your forget to re-arm your unit? Our facility’s security system re-arms your unit for you, automatically, after a period of time! No worries! Just keep going about your life without giving your stuff another thought. We take care of that for you!
